Price Match

At RRT, we have a price match guarantee; price matching is honored for any in-stock item(s). Item must be the same make, model, year, and color for price match to be valid. Guarantee is valid for brick and mortar competitors and select online retailers only. Ask a sales associate for details, as some rules apply.

Lowest Price

All prices for our goods are given manufacturer suggested retail pricing. While some retailers raise their price above MSRP, we promise that we never will. This means that all current and in-season products will not be at a lesser price anywhere else.

Lowest Sale Price

Manufacturers of products set sale dates and maximum discounts for all of their current and in-season products. Because we always opt to honor a sale period, you are guaranteed that our sale price is the lowest and best discount for that product!

Best Clearance Rack in Town

In the spirit of having good deals, we keep our sale rack stocked full of goodies, too, at up to 40% off sticker price. When a product is past its season, we don't mess around. All products on clearance are immediately discounted to our best price. This way you know that you aren't over-spending on a product that could be price-reduced again.

RRT is happy to order any out-of-stock item at no extra charge and no additional freight. Currently, most of our inventory is online now, but we still have a lot more in-store that is not yet listed. Return Policy

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Customers must provide proof of purchase. Products must be clean and free of odors and debris. Laundered items do not qualify for return. All refunds must be made on the same form of payment as the original transaction.

There are NO returns or exchanges on used gear sales, climbing equipment, underwear, masks, car racks or accessories, or boats.
