We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not in stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us before sending your item:

For online orders, please include your order number and reason for return when you reach out. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry offer their own warranty programmes for defective products. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we can help connect you with the brand’s warranty process. Stop in or give us a call and we’ll point you in the right direction.
