In business or in life, consistency, accountability, and facts matter. We choose to be transparent to you, to our team, and to our community, but also to ourselves. So each year we’ll pose challenges and opportunities for ourselves and we’ll celebrate what we consider victories. 

In these reports we share progress and regression because we believe that accountability is instrumental in improvement. Writting an impact report doesn't assume perfection, but quite the opposite. We hope that you'll read our reports and consider the impacts that we all have, but also the opportunity for doing better and being a force for good.
