We ship orders across the contiguous United States. All orders are fulfilled from our store in Milford, Ohio.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and take photos if possible — this helps us file a claim with the carrier.
